The London Horseplay Centre is a registered charity and fully approved, designated hub for 'TheHorseCourse' in London. Situated in Barnet on the borders of London and Hertfordshire, we have been delivering 'TheHorseCourse' to young people from local areas since 2016. With the support of Children in Need, The National Lottery, Hertfordshire Community Foundation, Barnet Council and many others , we have been able to set up the hub and offer fully funded places where statutory funding was not available.
When talk-based provision does not work, we provide a new option: an action-based programme with impressive evidence of
effectiveness



We are a registered charity that has been fully endorsed to run courses  developed by TheHorseCourse.

 TheHorseCourse is a registered charity founded by Harriet Laurie in Dorset in 2011 and is an equine assisted behavioural change programme . Its charitable purpose is to reduce social exclusion through horse-assisted interventions.
